“I can’t get it to pair!” Your brand new PVP wireless helmet or shoulder microphone won’t pair to your motorbike, and you gotta get going. Here’s what to do (no, don’t call Josh)…

Try this simple procedure first:

Make sure all other Bluetooth devices in the immediate area are powered off.

1. Power off both devices (PVP, motor). Press & hold each PAIR switch until the LED light is a solid color (2-3 seconds), then release.
2. Press & hold Motorcycle PAIR switch until LED blinks red-green-red-green, then immediately release.
3. Press & hold Headset/Shoulder Mic PAIR switch until LED blinks red-green-red-green, then immediately release.
4. Wait 10-15 seconds for LED green pulse that confirms pairing is OK.

This should do it. If not, now call Josh…!
